Running my own classes showed me the mess every institute lives with: attendance in registers, fees in Excel, syllabus on paper, tests made by hand, parents in the dark, and no proof of what was actually taught. Software for this exists — but it's built by vendors who never ran a classroom.
One OS was designed from the inside. Every rule in it — GPS attendance within 50 metres, one student one device, tests that grade themselves, topics that students digitally sign like the old paper register — exists because a real institute needed it.
The entire system — 40+ database tables, six role-based apps, hundreds of security policies — was built by me with AI, using the same vibe-coding method I teach.
Systems like this are normally built by software companies with teams of developers and year-long contracts. One OS was built by one person who understood the problem, working with AI — proof of what the Vibe Coding method can ship.
